  • - All products displayed on our store are eligible for the return and exchange policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
  • - Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and in its original packaging.
  • - Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
  • - Please contact us via the “Contact Us” page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
  • - Kindly take a photo of the product and send it along with your city, address, and order number so it can be replaced with another product in case it is defective, damaged, or not as agreed.
  • - A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the description on our website.
  • - We are not responsible for any expectations of product use that were not mentioned on the product page on our website.
  • - A deduction of 30% or a minimum of 25 MAD will be applied if the customer no longer wants the product and it has no defects or issues.
